Here we are in week 9 of the Western State Bank – Sun City West project and the scaffolding is all the way around the building. Last week all the details were added to the stucco. By details I’m referring to pop-outs, corners, and trim. It is important that these details are build correctly as they can have a big impact on the final look of the building. Details and prep work are also extremely important for the waterproofing of the building. If the flashing is not done correctly a few rain storms could provide enough water to cause significant damage. Having years of construction experience on your construction management team has huge benefits.
The grey coat has been applied all of the build and the stucco crews made good efforts to protect the beautiful new asphalt. We are also trimming out the inside fixtures and finalizing all the specialty bank equipment. In a few more weeks Western State Bank will be up and running with a stunning new makeover!
